After working as a project manager and senior right-of-way agent of a Fortune 500 utility company for nearly 20 years, Alan Louie founded A.C. Louie - Acquisition Services in 1993. His knowledge in acquiring utility and telecommunication rights-of-way gives him the tools needed to be an effective negotiator for his clients with an edge over his competition.

Alan has teamed with other specialized professionals to assist in various R/W functions such as appraisal, eminent domain, negotiations, title research and analysis, and permitting services. He has the resources to mobilize a team specifically selected for each client's needs in a short time frame.

Alan Louie's experience includes 25+ years of service to the utility, telecommunication, transportation, and private development industries. During his initial years with a California

utility company, he worked or consulted as a land technician, document writer, title analyst, property management agent, appraiser, right-of-way agent, and permit agent.

Two of his notable accomplishments: successful project management of land-rights functions for three co-generation plants in the San Joaquin Valley, with over 50 miles of 115kv transmission lines with three other contract land agents in 2-1/2 years; managing over 400 telecommunication sites for the company. This included negotiating new agreements, leases or permits with numerous commercial mobile carriers and government agencies.

Since 1994, Alan has contracted with Western Wireless, AT&T Wireless Services, American Tower, Spectrasite, Crowncastle International, Merced Irrigation District, East Bay Municipal Utility District, Contra Central Costa Sanitary District, Santa Clara County, and others.
